U trećem delu rada ukratko se opisuju bučnice sa prinudnim hidrauličkim skokom formiranim pomoću blokova ili pragova ili kombinacijom ova dva osnovna elemetna. Izneti su rezultati dosadanjih modelskih ispitivanja i opažanja na izvedenim objektima.
Priloženi su pomoćni dijagrami i empirijske formule za približno određivanje dimenzija blokova i pragova. Podvučen je uticaj kavitacije na sigurnost ovih objekata i neophodnost realizacije hidrauličkih modelskih ispitivanja.

Application of the results of contemporary hydraulic investigations in the designs of spillways for large dams (Part Three)
The third part of this Report gives a short description of a stilling basin with forced hydraulic jump, the stilling basin being formed by using blocks or sills, or by combining these two basic elements. The results are presented of available model tests and observations on existing structures. Diagrams and empirical formulae for approximate determination of the dimensions of blocks and sills are included. The impact of cavitation on the safety of the structural components and on the overall safety of the structures is underlined, as well as the necessity of performing the appropirate hydraulic model investigations,.
